Project Overview

The Industrial Information Resource Management System project, initiated by the Tianjin Binhai New Area Industry and Information Technology Commission, aims to aggregate industrial data resources — including government affairs, enterprise, and geographic information — to provide data resource management, enable data application analysis, and deliver industrial data assets and application services to the Commission.

The system will provide the Commission with comprehensive data asset management capabilities. Built on GBase, the next-generation database from General Data Technology, it enables full management and control of foundational data such as corporate legal entities and geographic information. On that foundation, it powers a range of analytical applications — including comprehensive corporate information queries, industrial economic analysis, GIS-linked corporate entity analysis, and data analysis services — delivering robust technical support to the Commission.


Significance

Through the construction of the Binhai New Area Industrial Information Resources Management System, establish a data resource management system that meets the comprehensive data resource management needs in areas such as data asset management, data quality control, data access authorization, task scheduling, center operation management, and feedback linkage evaluation. Based on the existing Binhai New Area enterprise legal entity database, build a comprehensive analytical application providing functions like integrated query of enterprise legal entities and geographic information, industrial economic analysis for enterprise legal entities, and personalized services.

Architecture Design

Infrastructure Layer: Includes network topology and layout, servers, storage, and other hardware facilities, along with basic software platforms such as operating systems, middleware, and database management systems.

Data Resource Layer: Primarily consists of the government affairs information database, the enterprise legal entity information database, and the geographic information database, leveraging the GBase database for data storage.

Data Application Layer: Built upon the data resource layer, this layer delivers industrial data information resources and application services support to the Binhai New Area Industry and Information Technology Committee. It mainly includes two subsystems: the data resource management system and the data application analysis system, with the latter implemented on a mature BI (Business Intelligence) platform.

Portal Presentation Layer: The system portal serves as the central gateway for the Binhai New Area Industrial Information Resource Management System, acting as a key channel for industrial information resource management.

System Standard and Specification Framework, System Security and O&M Management: Positioned as the "two wings" of the overall architecture, these two systems are critical pillars of the project, permeating every layer throughout the construction process.
