GBase Drives Digital Economy at CIDEE 2021
To accelerate the integration of the digital and real economies, facilitate the shift from old to new growth drivers, and foster new engines for economic development, the 2021 China International Digital Economy Expo (CIDEE) was held from September 6 to 8 at the Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Convention and Exhibition Center. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Hebei Province, the event saw General Data Technology Co., Ltd. (GBase) join other renowned Tianjin-based digital information enterprises—including Kylinsoft, Yunzhanghu, Zhonghuan Electronics, Tongyang Technology, and Tianjin Gongyan Technology—at the Tianjin Pavilion. Leveraging the CIDEE platform, these companies showcased their digital achievements across finance, telecommunications, government, and other sectors over the years.
During the expo, GBase welcomed inspections by Wang Weidong, Vice Mayor of Tianjin, and leaders from Hebei provincial agencies and various municipal governments. The company also gave an interview to Hebei News Network, introducing new trends and technologies in digital economy development, enterprise digital enablement, and the mission and current progress of China’s domestically developed database vendors.
Under the theme "Innovative Development and the Digital Economy," CIDEE 2021 featured five exhibition areas: the Thematic Pavilion, Digital Industry Pavilion, Digital Life Pavilion, Digital Hebei & Key Regional Pavilion, and an Outdoor Intelligent Connected Vehicle Experience Zone. A total of 468 companies from across the country participated, bringing together numerous leading-edge and "unicorn" enterprises from the global digital economy sector to present their latest digital innovations.
As a leading provider of domestically developed databases in China, GBase is a National High-Tech Enterprise focused on the R&D and service of database software products. Committed to independent innovation, the company holds over a hundred intellectual property rights, including software copyrights and patents in the database and big data fields.
