GBase Database Achieves 30 Consecutive Ecosystem Milestones
Recently, five products of General Data Technology — GBase 8a, GBase 8s, GBase 8c, GBase 8d, and GBase XDM — have completed compatibility certification with 30 products from 17 upstream and downstream partners covering CPUs, operating systems, servers, office software, industry applications, and more. Test results show good compatibility, stable overall operation, and normal functions, meeting user compatibility requirements.
GBase 8a is a distributed parallel database cluster independently developed by General Data Technology, based on a Shared Nothing architecture. It features high performance, high availability, and high scalability, providing a cost-effective general-purpose computing platform for ultra-large-scale data management, and is widely used to support various data warehouse systems, BI systems, and decision support systems. GBase 8s is a mature and stable enterprise-class transactional database independently developed by General Data Technology, with independent intellectual property rights. It has achieved Security Database Level 4 certification (equivalent to international B2), supports national cryptographic algorithms, and complies with international database standards and interfaces such as SQL92/99, ODBC, JDBC, ADO.NET, GCI (OCI/OCCI), and Python. GBase 8c is a shared-nothing distributed transactional database featuring high performance, high availability, low cost, fine-grained resource scheduling, and intelligent cluster O&M. It provides secure, stable, and reliable data storage and management services for financial core systems, internet business systems, and government and enterprise business systems. It was also the only product to achieve a perfect score in the distributed transactional database foundational capability evaluation of the 11th batch of big data product capability assessments by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT).
The GBase 8c V5 version has completed and passed full-stack tuning and testing certification with Huawei Kunpeng 920 and Taishan 200 servers, delivering outstanding performance.
GBase 8d is a directory service management system independently developed by General Data Technology, with full independent intellectual property rights. GBase 8d stores descriptive, attribute-based detailed information. It is widely used in PKI/PMI systems and identity management systems for large enterprises and public institutions, and has been deployed in e-government construction.

GBase XDM is a distributed in-memory database that integrates multiple technologies including in-memory key-value storage, server-side sharding mechanisms, hot data caching, and multi-key query capabilities, and uses a lightweight access protocol. It provides massive data storage and precise query services, supports database cluster and node horizontal scaling, distributed deployment and computing, parallel processing across multiple in-memory database nodes, and multi-factor query requests, meeting the requirements for fast data location and authentication at ultra-large scale.
