Tech Empowers, Achieving Tianjin's Brilliance | GBase Joins Tianjin Delegation at the 9th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair

From June 15 to 17, the 9th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair (hereinafter referred to as “CSITF”), co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Intellectual Property Administration, and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, was held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.

GBase exhibited its GBase series database products—including a distributed logical data warehouse, cloud-native data warehouse, shared-storage database cluster, and multimodal distributed database—at booth H1D219 in the Tianjin exhibition area, showcasing the company’s full-stack data product portfolio and service solutions.

This year’s CSITF, themed “Open Chains Drive Global Progress, Technology Empowers the Future,” aimed to promote global technology trade and sci-tech innovation cooperation. The event covered a total exhibition area of 35,000 square meters, attracted over a thousand exhibitors, and featured five exhibition zones: Theme Pavilion, Energy and Low-Carbon Technologies, Digital Technologies, Biomedicine, and Innovation Ecosystem & Services.

The year 2023 marks the first year of fully implementing the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a pivotal year for executing the plans set forth at the 12th Tianjin Municipal Congress of the Communist Party of China and for implementing the 14th Five-Year Plan, as well as a critical year for advancing the high-quality development of Tianjin’s commerce. To effectively demonstrate the achievements of Tianjin enterprises in transitioning from “manufacturing” to “intelligent manufacturing,” the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, together with the Tianjin High-Tech Enterprise Association, invited nearly 40 enterprises—including GBase—from the fields of digital technology, biomedicine, energy and low-carbon technologies, and innovation ecosystem and services to participate in the exhibition at CSITF.

At the exhibition, the meticulously designed Tianjin Pavilion, themed “Tech Empowers, Achieving Tianjin's Brilliance,” stood tall, bright, and open, presenting Tianjin’s development achievements in a comprehensive manner and attracting the attention of many attendees.

For two decades, GBase has remained focused on core database technologies, continuously exploring sustainable innovation models, and enhancing its innovation capabilities and service levels within an open and collaborative ecosystem. It provides a “data engine” for enterprise users in Tianjin, across China, and around the world, better enabling their digital transformation and development.
