The Tianjin Kunpeng Ecosystem Innovation Center focuses on four areas: software ecosystem development, talent cultivation, industry incubation, and standards setting. Founded in 2004, General Data Technology Co., Ltd. (GBase) is a national high-tech enterprise, a key software enterprise under the national planning layout, and a member of the IT Application Innovation Working Committee (0048). GBase has been recognized as a leading Chinese database vendor by CCID Consulting, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), for many consecutive years.
