FAQ : Redhat 操作系统安装数据库时，报错操作系统不支持

问题现象：redhat 操作系统安装时，报错： the current OS rhel is not supported

解决办法： 

检查/etc/redhat-release   /etc/os-release 发现 ID值为：rhel

修改安装包中的package_info.json文件，把redhat改成rhel
