University-Enterprise Party Organization Partnership: Win-Win Collaboration for Talent Development

On December 16, 2021, the signing ceremony for a party-building cooperation agreement between the Party Committee of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Hebei University of Technology and the Party Branch of General Data Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held. Liang Huichao, Party Secretary of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and Zhao Wei, Party Branch Secretary of General Data Technology Co., Ltd., signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. The event was also attended by Gu Junhua, Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science; Lan Tian, Deputy Party Secretary of the School; Yang Weiwei, Technical Director and Director of the Chief Engineer Office at General Data Technology; Yuan Yan, HR Director at General Data Technology; and key Party member representatives from both sides.

Guided by the principle of "using party-building cooperation to advance university-enterprise collaboration, industry-education integration, and collaborative talent cultivation," the two parties actively explore innovative models of industry-education integration under the leadership of Party organizations and the social service functions of higher education institutions, jointly forging a new pattern of paired interaction, two-way promotion, and mutual improvement.

After the signing ceremony, the two sides held a discussion on how to build a party-building cooperation platform based on university-enterprise cooperation. Liang Huichao, Party Secretary of the School, expressed that through joint organization building, Party member management, resource sharing, event co-hosting, and joint services, they would continuously explore party-building cooperation models, deepen the guidance of party-building cooperation, and expand collaboration channels. By integrating Party-building work into talent cultivation and industry-education integration, they aim to build a strong synergy, promote collaborative education, drive the construction of a university-enterprise community with a shared future, and nurture high-quality talent needed for economic and social development.

Zhao Wei, Party Branch Secretary of General Data Technology, stated that by leveraging Party-building as a guide and integrating the resource advantages of both sides for paired support, the Party organizations of the university and the enterprise, through establishing a party-building cooperation platform and a long-term mechanism, can better organize Party members, rally talent, and cultivate students, thus creating a win-win pattern of interconnected talent training and enterprise development.
