Continuously Enhancing the Partnership Ecosystem: GBase Database Certifies 19 Products in March

Improving the compatibility verification system and fostering a thriving partner ecosystem are crucial to promoting the self-reliance of China's foundational software and hardware and building a secure and controllable IT system. In March 2022, GBASE’s three database products completed compatibility certification with 19 products from 15 upstream and downstream software and hardware vendors. The certified products span storage, big data, cloud platforms, servers, disaster recovery software, office software, general-purpose software, and industry applications. All certifications fully met compatibility requirements, with normal functionality and efficient, stable operation, comprehensively validating the robust compatibility of GBase databases. 

GBase 8a is a GBASE self-developed distributed parallel database cluster based on a Shared Nothing architecture. It features high performance, high availability, and high scalability, providing a cost-effective general-purpose computing platform for ultra-large-scale data management. It is widely used to support various data warehouse systems, BI systems, and decision support systems, and is deployed at scale in industries with massive business data, such as finance, telecommunications, and energy, with outstanding performance in the business analytics and business intelligence market.

In March, GBase 8a completed compatibility adaptation with three products from companies including Baode, Lanchuang, and Sihuazhi.

GBase 8s is a GBASE self-developed shared-storage database cluster with independent intellectual property rights. It meets the Level 4 security database standard (equivalent to international B2), supports national cryptographic algorithms, and complies with international database standards and development interfaces such as SQL92/99, ODBC, JDBC, ADO.NET, GCI (OCI/OCCI), and Python. It supports distributed deployment, centralized deployment, shared-storage high-availability deployment, and multi-site high-availability deployment (two locations with three centers). GBase 8s features high capacity, high concurrency, and high performance, providing a cost-effective general-purpose computing platform for ultra-large-scale data management. It is ideal for OLTP applications, including core business systems in the financial and telecommunications industries, as well as information systems with high security requirements in security, government and Party, and national defense sectors.

In March, GBase 8s completed compatibility adaptation with 12 products from companies including Yonyou, Lingyan, Baode, Hexin Ronghui, Lingzhi, H3C, Unis Huashan, Zhongguancun Kejin, Feichuang, Baolande, and Shizai Intelligence.
