GBASE Among First to Integrate ERNIE Bot (China's ChatGPT-like AI Model) for Full-Stack DB+AI Services

On March 9, GBASE announced it has become one of the first ecosystem partners of Baidu's ERNIE Bot. Going forward, GBASE will fully experience and integrate the AI capabilities of ERNIE Bot through Baidu AI Cloud, focusing on full-stack DB+AI technology and services.

ERNIE Bot is a large model built on Baidu AI Cloud technologies. Baidu has invested in AI research for over a decade and developed the industry-grade knowledge-enhanced large model ERNIE, which delivers deep cross-modal and cross-language semantic understanding and generation capabilities. It holds immense potential across search and Q&A, content creation, intelligent office, and many other fields. Going forward, ERNIE Bot will also be made available through Baidu AI Cloud, bringing truly accessible AI to industries. 

In the cloud computing era, traditional database optimization often relies on experience and struggles to meet high-performance requirements when dealing with diverse database products and complex services. AI-powered database optimization, known as AI4DB, will significantly lower the barrier to database usage, assisting in SQL generation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. At the same time, the massive application scenarios and complex data types within databases can in turn refine AI models, boost machine learning efficiency, and accelerate the adoption of AI technologies represented by ERNIE Bot and ChatGPT.
