On a freezing winter night, she drove to visit an employee who had suddenly fallen seriously ill, offering detailed advice on rest and recovery. She fully assisted an employee who fell victim to telecom fraud in protecting their rights, stayed up all night organizing evidence materials for the police report, provided psychological counseling for two consecutive weeks, and accompanied the employee through the ordeal. She also initiated contact with the public security authorities to organize multiple all-staff fraud prevention seminars, established a regular anti-fraud education mechanism, and used her own experience to build a collective line of defense.
