In his speech, Alliance Chairman Shuai Peizhang noted that with continuous advancements in information technology, new-era opportunities have emerged, while traditional development models are facing severe challenges. The establishment of the alliance provides an open platform for resource sharing, complementary strengths, strong alliances, and win-win cooperation. He expressed hope that all member organizations would work together to build the alliance into a first-class organization that reassures government departments, benefits member enterprises, and is full of vitality and vigor, thereby making new and greater contributions to industry development.
The establishment of the alliance is a strong measure to achieve the national big data strategic goals. It consolidates upstream and downstream resources in the industry chain, integrates technical capabilities, explores technological innovation and application models, and promotes technological transformation in the industry. Rui'an, as the alliance's chairman unit, will also fully leverage its core competitiveness, join hands with member organizations to build an industrial ecosystem, create a favorable industrial development environment, and promote the comprehensive and healthy development of the industry chain.
