The High-Tech Zone specially invited the leader of the municipal Cyberspace Administration to the district to deliver a presentation on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee to GBase.

To study, publicize and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and to continuously advance the second batch of the education campaign themed "Staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind" among internet enterprises, on November 26, the High-Tech Zone invited Duan Yukui, former deputy director of the Municipal Communications Administration and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Municipal Internet Industry, to General Data Technology Co., Ltd. (GBase), a company located in the zone, to deliver a report on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee to Party branch secretaries and Party member representatives of internet enterprises. Responsible officials from the High-Tech Zone Party Construction Work Department, Party branch secretaries and Party members of General Data Technology Co., Ltd., as well as relevant company leaders and employee representatives—nearly 50 people in total—attended the presentation.

At the presentation, Duan Yukui vividly expounded the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and shared his own insights based on his many years of experience in the information technology industry. The presentation featured both profound theoretical explanations and vivid examples, guiding all Party members to align their thinking with the spirit of the plenary session and to channel their efforts into the tasks set forth at the meeting. It clearly emphasized that studying and implementing the spirit of the plenary session should be combined with in-depth study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and with the "Staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind" education campaign, in order to sustain a surge of enthusiasm for learning, propagation and implementation. It called on all Party cadres to further strengthen their "Four Consciousnesses," "Four Confidences," and "Two Upholds," firmly aligning their thoughts and actions with the decisions of the CPC Central Committee, the municipal Party committee, and the unified deployment of Binhai New Area.

After the presentation, Duan Yukui held discussions with the company's principal leaders, Party branch secretaries, Party members, and employee representatives. He put forward several requirements for Party construction in internet enterprises: First, strengthen political guidance to promote the healthy development of the enterprise. Second, enhance training and cultivation to build a strong team of "leading geese." Third, cultivate an advanced corporate culture to unite the workforce and attract talent. Fourth, engage in the construction of a healthy online ecosystem and foster a clean cyberspace. Fifth, expand and strengthen the Party member ranks. Sixth, improve the quality of organizational life.

Party members from GBase who attended the meeting earnestly studied the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and expressed their commitment to lead by example, work diligently, and strive for the development of China's domestic database industry.
