Announcement of Resolutions of the 4th Extraordinary Meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors of General Data Technology Co., Ltd.

  On May 7, 2018, General Data Technology Co., Ltd. convened the 4th Extraordinary Meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors. The meeting reviewed and approved the following resolutions:

    (I) Elected Yin Lina as Acting Chairperson of the Company, who shall exercise the duties of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors (and the Legal Representative) until the Shareholders' Meeting and the Board of Directors elect a new director and a new chairperson.

    (II) Appointed Wu Xin as Acting General Manager of the Company, who shall perform the duties of the General Manager until the Board of Directors formally appoints a new General Manager.
