This four-day program consisted of expert lectures, participant discussions, on-site exchanges, and research visits. It brought together over 60 professionals and senior managers from the People's Bank of China, financial institutions, research institutes, universities, and IT companies for full-time study.

Du Guowang, Deputy Secretary-General of the CIO Chapter of the China Software Industry Association and Vice President of GBase, attended the program and delivered a lecture titled 'Supporting Financial Informatization with Homegrown Databases.'

To thoroughly implement the guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Central Financial Work Conference, and in accordance with the deployment and requirements of Shandong's Technical Talent Knowledge Renewal Project, the provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security organized this top-level training course for IT professionals in finance and related fields. The aim was to strengthen the province's technical talent team, promote the application of next-generation information technologies such as big data and cloud computing in finance, and conduct a valuable experiment to enhance the overall quality of technical professionals and institutional managers.
