GBASE Becomes a Council Member of the Data Center Alliance

Recently, GBASE officially joined the Data Center Alliance and became a council member.

At the recent Data Center Alliance Information Industry Collaborative Development Committee conference and local information industry development roadmap seminar, GBASE became a council member of the Data Center Alliance, and Mr. Zha Jianping of GBASE was invited to serve as co-chair of the Information Industry Collaborative Development Committee.
 

GBASE became a council member of the Data Center Alliance.Zhao Wei, Senior Vice President of GBASE, shared insights on “Big Data Practices in the Government Sector” at the conference, which earned high recognition from attendees. As a leading database provider in China, GBASE’s contributions to big data and cloud computing have been acknowledged by the industry. After joining the alliance, GBASE will fully support the Data Center Alliance, assist in advancing technical and business research in the database field, provide valuable experience for China’s big data and cloud computing initiatives, and promote the development of these technologies. Furthermore, GBASE will actively provide feedback and oversight to contribute to the alliance’s healthy growth.

GBASE actively drives the development of big data and cloud computing.To further consolidate internal and external resources of the alliance and better serve local governments and member enterprises, the conference expanded the membership of the Information Industry Collaborative Development Committee. Mr. Zha Jianping of GBASE was appointed co-chair of the committee.

Since its establishment over a year ago, the Information Industry Collaborative Development Committee has carried out a number of initiatives, including cloud service provider capability assessments and training on cloud computing and big data for government agencies, achieving encouraging results. In the future, the committee will align project needs of member units with local governments in Tianjin, Shandong, Wuhan, and other regions to facilitate project implementation and provide support for government and enterprise strategies. GBASE will actively contribute to these efforts to advance the development of big data and cloud computing.
