GBase 8d Enables Electronic Authentication to Tackle Big Data

On June 23, the 2016 National Electronic Authentication Technology Conference kicked off in Guiyang. Jing Jiwu, Director of the Electronic Authentication Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research, and He Liangsheng, Deputy Director of the State Cryptography Administration, attended and spoke at the conference.

Leveraging Big Data Technology to Manage Operational Data. GBase points out that GBase 8a MPP cluster technology enables data management of operation logs and audit logs. By storing log data, industry data, and audit data in the national CA certification service data warehouse, query and analysis applications enable unified certification standards, resource allocation, business supervision, and efficiency assessment.

New Approach Gains High Recognition. GBase is fully prepared for big data and has delivered impressive results. At the conference, GBase shared two classic cases.

· GBase 8d Empowered the State Taxation Administration to Complete VAT Reform. The VAT reform system manages taxpayer data exceeding 30 million, with a daily certificate issuance volume of 200,000 and an average daily system access of 6 million visits. GBase 8d ensures data consistency across more than 50 nodes and hundreds of directory products, with millisecond-level query speeds. The system runs 24/7 stably, providing convenient and efficient local business support to the State Taxation Administration.

· GBase 8a Empowered the General Administration of Customs to Build a Data Storage and Sharing Platform. When building the Golden Customs Phase II Project, the General Administration of Customs adopted GBase 8a clusters to build a data storage, sharing, and analysis platform. This platform stores data used by various customs systems and performs complex correlation calculations, deep analysis and mining, enabling data aggregation, model building, and computation.

The report by GBase on new technologies and approaches in the electronic certification field was recognized and affirmed by the attending experts and users, establishing the position of GBase 8a and GBase 8d in the electronic certification field.
