Ding Mingfeng: Chairman of the Board
Mr. Ding Mingfeng graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology. He served as Senior Vice President at ZTE Corporation, overseeing R&D management, overseas marketing, and investments. Since 2008, he has served as General Manager of ZTE New Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. and concurrently as Chairman of ZTE Hechuang from 2010. In 2017, he became Chairman of Hechuang Capital, and in 2019, Chairman of GBASE. Mr. Ding has over 20 years of experience in corporate management and equity investment.

GBASE has a total workforce of over 600, with a technical team exceeding 400 members, of which over 300 are in R&D. Core technical staff each have more than 10 years of database experience, while core product R&D team members have over 5 years of database development experience.

GBase 8a
GBase 8a is a high-performance, China-developed distributed logical data warehouse independently built by GBASE for data query and analytics. It addresses growing demands for data query, statistics, analysis, mining, and backup in data-intensive industries, serving as the underlying database for data warehouse, BI, and decision support systems. The product is widely adopted in finance, telecommunications, energy, and other industries with massive business data volumes, demonstrating outstanding performance in the business analytics and BI segments.
GBase 8s
GBase 8s is a mature, stable enterprise-grade transactional database independently developed by GBASE with full proprietary intellectual property rights. It meets the Secure Database Level 4 standard (corresponding to B2 level), supports Chinese national cryptographic algorithms, and is compatible with international database standards and APIs including SQL92/99, ODBC, JDBC, ADO.NET, GCI (OCI/OCCI), and Python. The database supports centralized deployment, shared-storage high-availability deployment, and geo-redundant active-active and multi-site disaster recovery architectures. It features high capacity, high concurrency, and high performance, offering a cost-effective general-purpose computing platform for ultra-large-scale data management.
