GBASE and Eco-Partners Showcase at the 82nd China Educational Equipment Exhibition

From October 20 to 22, the 82nd China Educational Equipment Exhibition was successfully held in Tianjin. Themed “Digital Empowers Education, Innovation Leads the Future,” this edition adopted a hybrid online-offline format, covering an exhibition area of nearly 200,000 square meters and attracting over 1,100 enterprises from home and abroad with more than 12,000 exhibits, drawing over 250,000 visits.

A dedicated Tianjin Pavilion was set up to fully demonstrate the characteristics of local education teaching methods and equipment, with multiple interactive experience zones and activity areas to enhance interactivity and social engagement, allowing visitors to experience the latest educational equipment and technologies firsthand.

As a leading database provider in China, GBASE showcased its full-stack database products and education solutions at the exhibition. Together with ecosystem partners such as Phytium, Kylin, Great Wall, and Yongzhong, they jointly built the “Tianjin Approach” for education IT application innovation (ITAI). The joint exhibition area drew a constant stream of visitors, and the full-chain education ITAI products combining software and hardware received high industry acclaim.

The integrated development of digitalization and IT innovation in the education industry has become a new sector trend. In recent years, GBASE has focused on building multi-scenario education ITAI solutions, collaborating with universities to cultivate IT innovation talent, and providing a data foundation and talent supply for the education sector. Among these, establishing education IT innovation labs has become a key pathway for promoting and applying IT innovation in education. The IT innovation training lab covers elements such as IT innovation databases, basic hardware CPU computing platforms, an education IT innovation cloud, operating systems, terminals and peripherals, large educational screens, and educational administration systems, to meet the computing and information technology teaching needs of both teachers and students.

Currently, the education IT innovation lab built on the GBase database has been deployed and is in use at Tianjin Vocational University for regular teaching. In addition, the big data platform supported by the GBase database at Hebei University of Technology has been integrated into the daily work and study of teachers and students, providing new momentum for campus informatization development.
