Also present were: Wu Gang, General Manager of GBASE's Financial Department; Wu Xiaogang, General Manager of the Ecosystem Development Department; Yan Guangming, Vice President of DCITS; and Li Yongjun, General Manager of DCITS Financial SBG Ecosystem, among others.

Based on the principles of complementary strengths, long-term mutual benefit, and in-depth cooperation, GBASE and DCITS have established a strategic partnership by leveraging their respective superior resources and professional technologies. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks a new milestone in their collaboration, laying a solid foundation for both parties to fully leverage their advantages, enhance strategic mutual trust, comprehensively align cooperation areas, achieve business integration, jointly drive the transformation of core business systems in financial institutions, and promote the adoption of homegrown alternatives.

Under the agreement, the two parties will maintain a long-term strategic partnership, carry out cooperation across all FinTech business areas, establish high-frequency communication channels for mutual benefit, and advance cooperation in specific dimensions such as technology R&D, market development, product marketing, talent cultivation, and ecosystem collaboration.

As a leading FinTech company, DCITS was among the first builders of industry informatization in China. Over the past 40 years, it has adhered to independent innovation and refined core technologies, holding 1,992 intellectual property rights and patents, and eight major financial product families covering more than 300 financial software products. It has served over 1,900 financial institutions, 7 million agricultural users, 1.1 million small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and 3,200 ICT clients. It has been listed in the IDC FinTech Rankings Top 100 for five consecutive years, and hasranked No.1 in market share in banking core systems, channel management systems, and other markets for 11 consecutive years.

Founded in 2004, GBASE (General Data Technology) is one of the few independent database vendors in China focusing on database product R&D and achieving large-scale deployment in the financial and telecom industries. Its distributed logical data warehouse GBase 8a has led the Chinese analytical database market for years and has ranked No.1 in market share for over a decade. The shared-storage database cluster GBase 8s has been deployed in core banking systems of multiple banks, offering industry-leading high availability. The multi-model, multi-state distributed database GBase 8c has helped a bank complete the distributed transformation of its core business system, earning strong customer trust. The self-developed GBase series databases have provided products and services to over 10,000 users in sectors such as finance, telecom, government, energy, transportation, national defense, and enterprises.

As early as 2010, GBASE and DCITS established their cooperative relationship. Over the years, numerous joint projects have been implemented in sectors such as finance, telecom, and government. Against the backdrop of the new wave of IT application innovation, the two companies have seen increasingly frequent business interactions with a high degree of solution integration, building a solid foundation of mutual trust and broad prospects for cooperation.

GBASE has built a full-stack database product and solution portfolio, while DCITS holds clear strengths in core banking systems, channel management systems, data-driven business systems, and other areas. The two parties will integrate resources and leverage their advantages to jointly explore IT solutions for all financial business scenarios. Previously, the multi-model, multi-state distributed database GBase 8c has been deeply adapted with DCITS's new-generation core banking system, and they will focus on building new-generation core systems through innovative cooperation with GBASE, helping more financial customers achieve independent, controllable, secure, and reliable core business systems.

Building on past achievements and opening a new chapter, this signing marks an opportunity for GBASE and DCITS to unite their innovative forces, strengthen complementary advantages, resource sharing, and industrial cooperation, promote the deep integration of the "Data + Technology + Scenarios" model, and inject sustained momentum into the technological development of the financial industry.
