What is 'One-Form Reporting'?

'One-Form Reporting' is a new regulatory data statistics standard established by the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) to enhance statistical supervision effectiveness, improve the statistical system for banking and insurance regulation, advance standardization of regulatory data, and break down data silos. Compared with previous reporting interfaces, 'One-Form Reporting' raises the requirements for reporting timeliness, verification accuracy, and information security, while adopting a new reporting approach to strengthen unified management of reporting institutions by regulatory authorities.

Recently, the trial version of 'One-Form Reporting' 2.0 has been piloted in selected financial institutions in certain regions. Leveraging its extensive customer base in the financial sector, GBase, in partnership with Yusys Technologies—a leader in regulatory reporting—and based on in-depth insights into regulatory policies, has jointly launched the first full-link 'One-Form Reporting' solution to meet the demands for trusted regulatory data zones and institution-side reporting application systems.

The solution fully harnesses the high performance, high availability, and high security of GBase databases, combined with Yusys Technologies' product technology and experience in regulatory reporting, to help financial institutions complete 'One-Form Reporting' submissions faster, more accurately, more securely, and more stably.

The full-link 'One-Form Reporting' solution, with advantages such as integrated design, reliable data storage & high-performance data processing, multi-dimensional data checks, and full support for China's homegrown technology ecosystem, helps financial institutions quickly implement 'One-Form Reporting' submissions and standardize trusted zones. To date, solutions designed following this approach have been progressively rolled out at multiple financial institutions and have been highly recognized.

Integrated Design

An integrated design approach is adopted, using a unified technical foundation, development framework, service model, and messaging interface to link the reporting tool and trusted zone management tool through functional components and database components, building a clear, simple, and easy-to-maintain overall technical architecture, and creating applications for different users to achieve system integration and openness.

Reliable Data Storage & High-Performance Data Processing

Leveraging the high performance, high availability, and high scalability of GBase's distributed logical data warehouse GBase 8a MPP Cluster, it meets the needs for reliable storage of various submitted data, high-performance processing and computation, high-performance querying, and large-scale historical reporting data storage. For the various parameter configuration information, scheduling process configurations, reporting rule configurations, logs, and alarm information of the reporting platform, GBase's shared-storage database cluster GBase 8s is used as the repository for persistent storage.

Multi-Dimensional Checks

By adopting a distributed architecture design and utilizing a universal check engine with advanced in-memory verification technology, it flexibly connects to various data sources in different usage scenarios, enabling detailed basic verification and user-defined verification for 'One-Form Reporting'. It technically supports intra-table and cross-table checks within the same database or across different databases, file-to-table checks, and viewing results by institutional, departmental, temporal, and indicator dimensions.

Full Support for China's Homegrown Technology Ecosystem

This joint solution has completed compatibility certification with mainstream domestic basic hardware and software, and can fully support the requirements of the homegrown technology ecosystem.

The launch of this joint solution marks an important milestone in the deepening cooperation between GBase and Yusys Technologies, as well as a new exploration of collaboration in the regulatory reporting domain.

Since Yusys Technologies became a shareholder of GBase in 2022, cooperation between the two parties has been diversifying. To date, GBase and Yusys Technologies have collaborated across core business lines including credit, data, regulation, and channels, yielding fruitful results with several project cases becoming industry benchmarks. Moving forward, the two parties will jointly launch more secure, reliable, and efficient fintech joint solutions to accelerate the development of the financial homegrown technology industry.
