Empowering Civil Aviation to Soar in IT Application Innovation | GBase Wins 2023 IT Application Innovation Competition - Civil Aviation Track Excellence Award

Recently, the Tianjin Industry IT Application Innovation High-Quality Development Forum and Civil Aviation IT Application Innovation Matchmaking Conference was successfully held in Tianjin. Responsible leaders from Tianjin municipal committees, offices, and bureaus, representatives from IT application innovation associations and the industry-education consortium, as well as representatives from research institutes, universities, enterprises, and civil aviation units — over 120 participants in total — attended the conference.

Soaring Across IT Application Innovation, Charting a New Blueprint for Civil Aviation

This event was guided by the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Education Working Committee of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee, and the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission. It was hosted by the Tianjin Information Technology Application Innovation Association and the Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone IT Application Innovation Industry-Education Consortium, and organized by Tianjin University, Civil Aviation University of China, and the Tianjin Information Technology Application Innovation Industry (Talent) Alliance. The event aimed to implement the Tianjin municipal government’s "1+N" application promotion plan, deepen and solidify IT application innovation in the transportation industry, promote collaborative innovation across the industry chain, and drive the sustained and healthy development of the IT application innovation sector.

Civil aviation is a mainstream form and a leading model of economic globalization, a strategically important industry for China’s economic and social development, and a driving force for regional economic growth and industrial upgrading. Its autonomy and security are vital to the national economy and people’s livelihood. Previously, the 2023 IT Application Innovation Competition - Civil Aviation Business Support Technology Innovation Application Track, themed "Technology Empowers, Building Dreams for Civil Aviation," came to a successful close.

The conference fully recognized the achievements of the "Civil Aviation Track" in promoting R&D innovation in civil aviation information technology, adaptation testing, and the expansion of industry application scenarios, accelerating the construction of smart civil aviation and the digital transformation of the civil aviation sector, and officially awarded the outstanding winning teams.

The "Yizhan Hongtu Civil Aviation VIP Reception System", jointly submitted by GBase (General Data Technology Co., Ltd.), Tianjin Yitian Digital Service Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Hongcheng Computer System Co., Ltd., won the 2023 IT Application Innovation Competition - Civil Aviation Business Support Technology Innovation Application Track · Excellence Award.
