On November 28, the "2025 Henan Information Technology Application Innovation Conference & GBASE Database China Tour," themed "Full-Stack Synergy, Ecosystem Success," was successfully held in Zhengzhou. The conference brought together over 400 customers and partners from government, finance, energy and other sectors in the Central Plains region to explore trends in information technology application innovation and promote the integrated development of the regional IT application innovation ecosystem and collaborative innovation across the industry chain.

Organized under the guidance of the Henan Information Association, and co-hosted by GBase (General Data Technology) and Digital China, with Kylinsoft, Lenovo, Sangfor, Weaver, and Era-Infotech as co‑organizers, the event targeted local customers, channel partners, platform providers and partners in Henan to share experiences and achievements in IT application innovation implementation, and to grasp the direction and trends of IT application innovation development in the new landscape.

At the beginning of the conference, Xiao Yusen, President of the Henan Information Association, and Ding Mingfeng, Chairman of GBase, delivered opening speeches. A leader from the Henan Provincial Committee presented an IT application innovation industry report.

In his speech, Ding Mingfeng emphasized that Henan is now facing a significant opportunity for the large-scale development of the IT application innovation industry. During the keynote sharing session, Meng Zhipeng, Technical Director of GBase, delivered a speech titled "GBase Database: Driving Homegrown Leadership and Government Procurement First in Secure Applications and Practices."

He noted that GBase has built a product portfolio aligned with national standards and possessing full‑stack certifications, centered on the national IT application innovation strategy and government data security requirements. The GBase series databases have already supported major government systems—including the Ministry of Finance’s national budget aggregation, the Ministry of Civil Affairs’ Golden Civil Affairs project, and the National Meteorological Administration’s meteorological big data cloud platform—enabling centralized data management, security‑controllability, and efficient services. This provides an independent and reliable database foundation for government information development, helping to build a secure, intensive and efficient digital government. Chen Haoyu, Senior Solution Architect of the Public Cloud BU, Enterprise Cloud Business Group, Digital China, delivered a speech titled "Unlocking the Code of AI Scenarios to Activate Industry Innovation Capabilities."

He pointed out that leveraging its deep experience in digital transformation, Digital China has systematically developed an AI implementation methodology covering technology, management and business across the full process. In response to the multi‑dimensional challenges enterprises face when promoting generative AI, the company launched an enterprise‑level Agent platform—Digital China Wenxue—which builds full‑stack AI service capabilities encompassing computing support, model capabilities, knowledge management and scenario‑based applications. The platform has been put into practice in multiple industries such as commercial real estate, manufacturing, finance, pharmaceuticals and retail, effectively driving intelligent business upgrades. In light of the replacement demand exceeding one million IT application innovation terminals in Henan, he further shared deployment cases and collaboration opportunities for the Kylin operating system in key sectors such as government, finance, communications, transportation, energy, healthcare and education. Li Weiyang, Senior Manager of Lenovo Kaitian Technology Co., Ltd., elaborated on Lenovo’s IT application innovation capabilities in the new landscape.

He introduced that Lenovo Kaitian, as a provider of intelligent device solutions focusing on computing products, consistently delivers high‑performance, high‑reliability products and solutions for desktop terminals and enterprise‑level services. The company actively plays the role of a chain leader; its IT application innovation desktop terminals have maintained the leading market share nationwide for fifteen consecutive quarters since 2021, fully supporting mainstream technology routes such as Phytium, Hygon, Zhaoxin and Loongson. Xu Zhiqi, Director of IT Application Innovation Division, Henan Region, Sangfor, presented a speech titled "Converged Innovation, Digital‑Intelligent Future."

He noted that under the combined drive of policy and market forces, data centers are facing multi‑dimensional challenges including IT application innovation compatibility, computing power upgrades, and business transformation. With advantages such as independence, security, compliance and flexible scalability, IT application innovation private cloud platforms are becoming the core infrastructure for digital transformation in key sectors including government, education, healthcare, finance, central state‑owned enterprises and other large organizations. He introduced that Era‑Infotech, as one of the first enterprises to participate in IT application innovation technology research and development, has long focused on data security and identity management, dedicated to providing reliable protection for national secrets and commercial secrets.
