[GBase Event] GBase 2019 Technical Staff Outstanding Contribution Award Ceremony Successfully Held

On October 11, 2019, GBase successfully held its Technical Staff Outstanding Contribution Award Ceremony. Chairman Ding Mingfeng attended, Senior Vice President Zhao Wei presided, and award-winning employees, heads of product operations, and technical staff participated in the meeting.
 

The selection produced 3 Team Outstanding Contribution Awards and 10 Individual Outstanding Contribution Awards. During the award ceremony, Mr. Ding presented certificates and bonuses to outstanding project teams that achieved significant results in 2019 and to outstanding individuals with exceptional performance.

Mr. Ding shared his experience as one of the first-generation programmers at ZTE, as the first product director overseeing the development of ZTE switches and 3G base stations that successfully captured the market, and as the first general manager of overseas sales who successfully expanded global territories. He highlighted the enormous market opportunity for China’s self-developed software and emphasized that crises can fully unleash people’s potential to defuse dangers and seize opportunities. Mr. Ding also shared three hopes:
 

• Define a clear market orientation and humbly learn from customers.
• GBase products are built with tremendous sacrifice; we should cherish them as our own children.
• Teamwork is immensely important; the entire company should unite to serve our customers.
