[GBASE Activities] High-Tech Zone Invites Municipal Cyberspace Administration Leadership to GBase for a Lecture on the Guiding Principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee

To study, publicize and implement the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and to continue advancing the second batch of the education campaign on the theme of "Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Founding Mission" within Internet enterprises, on November 26, the High-Tech Zone invited Duan Yukui, former Deputy Director of the Municipal Communications Administration and Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Internet Industry Party Committee, to Tianjin General Data Technology Co., Ltd. (GBase), a company located in the High-Tech Zone, to deliver a presentation on the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee to Party organization secretaries and Party member representatives of Internet enterprises. Approximately 50 people attended the presentation, including responsible comrades from the High-Tech Zone Party Building Work Department, the Party branch secretary and Party members of General Data Technology Co., Ltd., and relevant company leaders and employee representatives.

At the presentation, Duan Yukui vividly explained the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and shared his insights based on years of experience in the information industry. The lecture combined profound theoretical exposition with vivid case illustrations, guiding Party members to align their thinking with the guiding principles of the Plenary Session and channel their efforts into the tasks set forth at the meeting. The presentation explicitly required that the study, publicity and implementation of the Plenary Session's guiding principles be integrated with the in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and with the "Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Founding Mission" education campaign, so as to continuously spark an upsurge in learning, publicity and implementation. It also guided Party members and cadres to further strengthen the "Four Consciousnesses" (political thinking, big-picture thinking, alignment with the leadership core, and alignment with the central Party leadership), bolster the "Four-Sphere Confidence" (confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics), and achieve the "Two Upholds" (resolutely upholding General Secretary Xi Jinping's core position on the CPC Central Committee and resolutely upholding the authority of the Central Committee and its centralized, unified leadership), thereby resolutely aligning thoughts and actions with the decisions of the CPC Central Committee, the Municipal Party Committee, and the unified deployment of Binhai New Area.

After the presentation, Duan Yukui held a discussion with the company's principal leaders, Party branch secretary, Party members, and employee representatives. He put forward several requirements for Party building work in Internet enterprises: First, strengthen political guidance to promote the healthy development of the enterprise. Second, enhance training and cultivation to build a strong "head goose" leadership team. Third, foster an advanced corporate culture that unites the masses and gathers talent. Fourth, participate in building a healthy online ecosystem to create a wholesome cyberspace. Fifth, expand and strengthen the Party member workforce. Sixth, improve the quality of organizational life.

The attending Party members of GBase diligently studied the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and expressed their commitment to lead by example, work diligently, and strive for the development of China's homegrown database industry.
