Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank One-Form Pass Regulatory Data Collection Platform Development Project

The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) intensifies the IT enablement of regulatory technology, pilots the One-Form-Through (OFT) regulatory data collection platform, accelerates the promotion and application of a regulatory big data platform, and explores end-to-end online banking regulatory ratings. As the foundational data support for the OFT system, the MPP database must deliver high performance, high availability, and high scalability to accommodate ultra-large-scale data management and applications.

Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank built a trusted zone cluster for integrated reporting based on GBase 8a MPP Cluster, completing tasks such as data loading, data validation, data integration, metric calculation, data splitting, and model processing. In line with regulatory integrated reporting interface standards and the bank's internal regulatory data mart, the bank expanded and refined its internal regulatory data mart, enabling data collection for 90 reporting tables across 10 categories, covering 2,157 fields — including data sourcing logic design and data processing validation.
