Jiangsu Taicang Rural Commercial Bank plans to initiate a full-stack domestic technology transformation. With its OA system already fully transitioned to domestic alternatives—except for the database—the project aims to seamlessly replace the existing MySQL database with minimal effort, validate the feasibility of database IT Application Innovation, and build hands-on experience in database domestic replacement. This initiative will lay the groundwork for comprehensive domestic technology adoption across the bank.

During on-site implementation, no business code changes were required; GBase, the IT application innovation database, synchronized MySQL data in real time via DMT, enabled grayscale shadow replay to verify correctness and performance, and switched database by database and module by module with a 15-minute rollback window. This process also accumulated three key assets: automated regression testing, performance baselines, and fault drills, forming a replicable IT application innovation migration template that provides quantitative decision-making criteria and an implementation path for full-scale adoption of domestic technology in future core systems.
