GBase ranks first in database and third in data warehouse in the China Big Data Enterprise Ranking.

On May 27, 2019, the 2019 China International Big Data Industry Expo, which drew global and domestic attention, was held in Guiyang. Shi Feng, Secretary-General of the Chief Data Officer Alliance, released the highly anticipated "China Big Data Enterprise Ranking V6.0" at the expo. In the two categories of database and data warehouse under storage management, GBase ranked first and third, respectively.

The "China Big Data Enterprise Ranking" is China's first ranking that assesses the capabilities of domestic big data companies. It covers six dimensions—infrastructure, basic applications, industry applications, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and smart cities—encompassing 102 niche segments. It depicts the current state and outlook of the global big data industry from multiple perspectives, including domestic and international landscapes, data industry dynamics, industry analysis, industry mapping, rankings, financing, and laws and regulations, thereby objectively presenting the current situation and development trend of China's big data industry.

The 368 enterprises on this list are all outstanding performers selected from over 5,000 big data companies nationwide through a rigorous selection process. The ranking was derived by leveraging the data resources of the alliance to conduct quantitative analysis of Chinese big data enterprises, combined with the evaluation opinions from the alliance's expert panel.
