GBase Showcases at Seeyon Collaborative Management Forum & 13th User Conference 2023

From September 22 to 24, the 2023 Seeyon Collaborative Management Forum and 13th User Conference, themed “AI-COP: One-Stop Enablement for Digital and Intelligent Upgrades,” was successfully held in Suzhou, Jiangsu. GBase attended the event as the only invited database vendor, signed the strategic cooperation agreement as a core partner of the ecosystem alliance, and showcased its full-stack GBase database products on-site.

Conference venue

The conference brought together nearly 1,500 CXOs, renowned entrepreneurs, experts, scholars, ecosystem partners, investors, and media representatives from finance, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, education, and other sectors. They gathered to explore how AI and digital-intelligent technologies can empower enterprise management and operations.

As a core partner of the collaborative ecosystem alliance, GBase’s Chairman, Mr. Ding Mingfeng, represented GBase to formally establish a strategic partnership with Seeyon through an on-site signing ceremony. Together, they will continue to create value for users and jointly drive high-quality enterprise development.

Exhibition area

At the event, GBase showcased its full-stack database products, including the distributed logical data warehouse GBase 8a, shared-storage database cluster GBase 8s, multi-model distributed database GBase 8c, and cloud-native data warehouse GCDW, attracting numerous industry users and business partners for inquiries and discussions.

The GBase database series has already completed compatibility and mutual certification with Seeyon’s collaborative office software and is currently undergoing further in-depth product-level adaptation with compatibility reaching up to 99%. Demonstrating exceptional performance, stability, and reliability, the databases have been successfully deployed in the production environments of financial and government clients, co-creating several benchmark cases.

In a project for a rural credit cooperative, two collaborative operation platforms were built, covering eight core applications including a document center, collaborative work, meeting room management, knowledge community, integrated office, task management, instant messaging, and cultural development. During synchronization performance testing, 100, 200, and 300 concurrent users were incrementally added per server, monitoring scenarios such as login, queries, and document processing, achieving a stable success rate of up to 100%, with login response times maintained within 2 seconds.

Going forward, GBase will work alongside Seeyon to strengthen strategic synergy at the headquarters level, deepen regional line-of-business cooperation, and continuously expand the depth and breadth of collaboration.
