On December 2, the Digital Intelligence in Heilongjiang: Moving Forward with Innovation themed AI & Computing Industry Ecosystem Summit was successfully held in Harbin. Database and AI Integration: Jointly Promoting Digital Intelligence Development 

During the summit, Wang Hailiang, Technical Marketing Director of GBase’s North China Market Department, delivered a keynote speech titled “Innovative and Trustworthy Database Applications: Co-building China’s Database Ecosystem” at the sub-forum on high-quality development of computing power infrastructure. He elaborated on GBase’s technical layout and practical implementation of how databases and AI mutually reinforce each other to unleash new value from data elements.

Wang Hailiang noted that AI technology, through intelligent decision-making and autonomous actions, drives information systems toward a higher level of intelligence, thus leading the trend in information technology innovation. Databases, bridging applications and hardware, provide efficient and stable data storage and management services for various application systems, making them critical to the normal operation of information systems. AI and databases are integrated and mutually reinforcing: databases provide rich data resources and efficient computing power for AI, while AI further unlocks the potential value within databases, enhancing the application effectiveness of databases.
