GBase Database Awarded Contract in Sichuan Province's 2024 Foundational Software Framework Procurement

Recently, the Sichuan Provincial Government Procurement Network released the "Announcement of Selection Results for the 2024 Foundational Software (Database Management Systems, Middleware, Operating Systems, Office Software) Framework Procurement." The announcement shows that GBase has been selected for all database product sub-categories. Specifically, GBase 8a was chosen for Sub-category 1: Distributed Databases; the visualized cluster active-active synchronization tool GVR was selected for Sub-category 1: Consumables & Accessories; and GBase 8s was chosen for Sub-category 2: Centralized Databases. 

Selection Announcement Details

The 2024 Sichuan Foundational Software Framework Procurement was initiated by the Sichuan Provincial Government Procurement Center to meet the operational needs of various provincial units for databases, middleware, operating systems, and office software. Following initial screening, detailed evaluation, and technical review, GBase successfully secured this framework agreement after a thorough assessment of product performance, technical capabilities, market reputation, post-sales service, and overall company strength.
