What is “One-Form Reporting (Yibiaotong)”?
“One-Form Reporting” is a new regulatory data reporting standard established by the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) to enhance statistical oversight, refine the regulatory statistical framework for banks and insurers, promote the standardization of regulatory data, and break down data silos. Compared with previous reporting interfaces, One-Form Reporting raises the bar for timeliness, validation accuracy, and data security, while adopting a new submission model that enables regulators to exercise unified management over reporting institutions.
Recently, a trial version of One-Form Reporting 2.0 has been piloted at select financial institutions in certain regions. Leveraging its extensive customer footprint in the financial sector, GBASE has joined forces with Yusys Technologies, a leader in regulatory reporting, to pioneer a full-chain One-Form Reporting solution. Combining deep insight into the latest regulatory policies, the solution addresses the trusted data zone and institutional reporting application requirements of financial institutions.
The solution fully capitalizes on the high performance, high availability, and robust security of the GBASE database, integrated with Yusys Technologies’ product expertise and hands-on experience in regulatory reporting. It enables financial institutions to complete One-Form Reporting submissions faster, more accurately, more securely, and with greater stability.
This full-chain solution features integrated design, reliable data storage and high-performance data processing, multi-dimensional data checks, and comprehensive support for China’s localized IT ecosystem. It helps financial institutions rapidly implement One-Form Reporting and standardize their trusted data zones. The solution follows an integrated design philosophy, built on a unified technology foundation, development framework, service model, and messaging interface. Reporting tools and trusted zone management tools are linked through functional components and database modules, creating a clear, simple, and easy-to-maintain technical architecture. Different applications are then delivered to different user groups, balancing system integration with openness.
Reliable Data Storage & High-Performance Processing
Leveraging the high performance, high availability, and scalability of GBASE’s distributed logical data warehouse, GBase 8a MPP Cluster, the solution handles reliable storage, high-speed transformation and computation, fast querying, and long-term retention of large volumes of historical reporting data. For configuration data—such as reporting parameters, scheduling workflows, validation rules, logs, and alerts—the solution uses GBASE’s shared-storage database cluster, GBase 8s, as the persistent repository.
Multi-Dimensional Data Checks
Built on a distributed architecture, the solution employs a generic validation engine and advanced in-memory verification techniques. It flexibly connects to diverse data sources in various usage scenarios, enabling both basic record-level checks and user-defined validation rules. The engine supports intra- and cross-table checks within the same database or across different databases, file-to-table comparisons, and result breakdowns by institution, department, time period, or metric.
Full-Stack Localization Support
The joint solution has been validated and certified across mainstream domestic hardware and software platforms, satisfying the full-stack requirements of China’s IT application innovation ecosystem.
