As Bank of Ya'an continued to grow its business, data accumulated rapidly. However, massive volumes of historical data were underutilized, leaving financial services and innovation without adequate IT support. Unlocking value and monetizing these data assets became crucial to strengthening core competitiveness and capturing market opportunities. Meanwhile, expanding data extraction and computation scopes, driven by surging data volumes and evolving business scenarios, made ETL scheduling increasingly complex. This not only increased operational costs but also made it difficult to ensure consistent data quality.

GBase 8a database is used to collect, aggregate, and organize business system data. Through foundational integration layer models and common processing layer models, we consolidate public data, enforce data standards, and build a unified, standardized business data system—completing the first phase of data governance. The GBase database will then enable efficient analysis and ad hoc queries.
