GBASE Powers Heta Futures' Migration to an Independently Developed Database

Project Requirements

Throughout its IT modernization journey, Zhongtai Futures has been dedicated to enhancing the stability, data security, and autonomous controllability of its business systems. As the Chinese government continues to tighten requirements for information technology independence and controllability, and to keep pace with policy trends and industry evolution, Zhongtai Futures decided to build on its existing database architecture by adopting domestically developed databases and introducing a second technology pathway, ensuring long-term security and high-performance operation of its core systems.

Implementation Plan

During on-site deployment, business code requires zero changes. The GBase database from General Data Technology Co., Ltd.—built for IT application innovation—uses DMT to synchronize MySQL data in real time, initiates grayscale shadow replay to verify correctness and performance, switches databases one by one per module, and provides a 15-minute rollback window. This process systematically accumulates three key assets: automated regression testing, performance baselines, and fault simulations. It forms a replicable migration template for IT application innovation, delivering quantitative decision-making criteria and a clear implementation pathway for the subsequent full adoption of domestic technologies in core systems.

Application Results and Value

  • Independent and controllable, meets policy requirements while strengthening compliance;

  • Highest compatibility and best performance among all tested vendors;

  • Efficient technical support and localized services.
