Architecture Design

The platform's foundational architecture supports essential databases such as the Industrial Economy Database and the Industry Sector Database, as well as specialized databases including the Economic Operations Database, the SME Database, the Energy Conservation Database, and the Industry Guidance Database. Project Introduction

Establish the information platform of Qinghai Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission to more comprehensively collect and grasp enterprise information, covering above-scale industrial enterprises, provincial-funded enterprises, thousands of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, and key projects. Through the statistical analysis of enterprise information, it provides information references and decision-making bases for leaders and management departments.

Establish the information platform of Qinghai Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission to meet the different data needs of the Qinghai Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology (and the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission), various functional departments, eight regions (including Xining, Haidong, Haixi, Haibei, Hainan, Huangnan, Yushu, and Golog) and three major industrial parks (Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone, Haidong Industrial Park, and Qaidam Circular Economy Experimental Zone), and other related departments. It provides comprehensive and accurate data services for all departments and establishes unified standards for departmental information and data.

Establish the information platform of Qinghai Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission to realize a long-lasting information sharing and exchange mechanism, automatically acquire relevant economic development information, achieve efficient management by meeting each department’s needs, and promote the sustained and rapid development of enterprises in the province.

The information platform will provide authoritative enterprise information services for the Qinghai Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, various functional departments, eight regions, and three major industrial parks, enabling effective utilization of comprehensive enterprise information and providing a basis for monitoring and decision-making on Qinghai's macroeconomic operations. All modules of the system will be seamlessly integrated with existing related systems, achieving interconnectivity and a single source of truth at both the data and application levels. The platform will form a complete closed-loop workflow, ensuring consistency with data standards and business processes.
