GBase Invited to Participate in the 5th World Intelligence Congress

On May 20, 2021, the 5th World Intelligence Congress opened at the Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center. GBase, as a national high-tech enterprise, participated in the Smart Binhai exhibition group, showcasing three self-developed database products. The booth attracted a large crowd, drawing in many upstream and downstream enterprise leaders for inquiries. GBase also accepted an interview with reporters from the Binhai New Area Integrated Media Center. According to the report:

“A database is the product that manages data storage, analogous to the human brain. Here we brought three database products covering data processing, data analytics, and distributed technologies—the culmination of GBase’s core self-developed achievements in Binhai New Area over the past decade.” According to Yuan Mengjia, the company’s Strategy Director, GBase has already completed product adaptation with over 700 products from more than 400 upstream and downstream companies, covering almost all domestic Chinese and mainstream global industry chains, including China’s six major chip products, mainstream operating systems such as Kylin and UnionTech, all middleware, and application software from various industries.

“Through collaborative development with upstream and downstream enterprises, GBase has established a healthy and vast industrial ecosystem, bringing an independent and easy-to-use ecosystem to users in China.” In 2021, GBase is accelerating the pace of ecosystem adaptation to match the rapid upgrades and iterations of industry chain products. Each week, GBase integrates with one or two new partners. Moreover, the company is further strengthening its foothold in its traditional stronghold—the financial sector—by deeply engaging in big data platforms and related core financial business systems for institutions such as Bank of China.

The reporter learned that GBase has participated in the World Intelligence Congress multiple times. Reflecting on the experience, Yuan Mengjia said, “My personal feeling is that the congress is becoming more intelligent, and the pace of technological advancement is accelerating. Most of the exhibitors here are our partners and users. We hope to use the World Intelligence Congress stage to showcase our latest products, recommend them to new users, and share our latest developments with existing users in a timely manner.”

Yuan Mengjia noted that Tianjin is actively building the “IT Application Innovation Valley,” which has formed an industrial cluster around the IT application innovation sector, gathering many high-tech enterprises such as Phytium, Kylin, Sugon, GBase, and Shenzhou General, gradually fostering a favorable environment for China’s basic software and hardware development.
