Committed, Efficient, Rigorous, Assured – A Letter from GBase to Our Customers
Dear Customers,
Hello! Thank you for your long-standing and steadfast support of GBase. It is your choice and trust that drive our continuous progress. As the Chinese New Year of the Rat begins, all of us at General Data Technology Co., Ltd. (GBase) wish you and your family safety and health!
Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, the situation has been severe, and epidemic prevention and control have become a top priority for all. GBase actively responds to the call of the Chinese government, fully cooperates in prevention and control efforts, and prioritizes customer issues while maximizing the health and safety of both customers and employees. GBase has established emergency response plans and epidemic control mechanisms across R&D, pre-sales, and after-sales departments, striving to minimize the impact of the epidemic and doing our utmost to deliver service and support to customers across all industries.
1. GBase promptly responds to government directives, sets up an emergency team, and requires all employees to follow the Prevention Manual for COVID-19. We conduct daily checks, updates, and reporting on every employee's health status, travel arrangements, and contact history during the holiday to strictly control the spread of the epidemic.
2. To reduce gatherings and movement and curb further spread of the epidemic, all employees will work remotely starting February 3 (the tenth day of the first lunar month). During this period, you can reach technical support at 400-013-9696. Engineers from various product lines and teams will provide remote guidance via phone and video to solve problems. You may also leave messages and inquiries through our official WeChat account (GBASE) or your sales contact; we will assign staff to collect and respond to information at designated times.
3. All projects under on-site service contracts will continue in accordance with contractual terms. We have established a daily health reporting mechanism for on-site maintenance engineers to ensure that front-line personnel serve customers without the risk of spreading the epidemic. Other maintenance engineers, pre-sales, and after-sales personnel will suspend travel for visits, with adjustments to be made based on subsequent government announcements.
4. During the epidemic, GBase will suspend all certification training sessions. The Tianjin certification training course scheduled for February 10 will not be held as planned, and the start date for in-person classes will be adjusted and announced based on government guidance.
5. If frontline epidemic response units urgently require temporary on-site services, GBase will communicate and confirm with you in advance. Subject to compliance with national and local government protection requirements, we will provide the necessary on-site service to fully support the epidemic prevention front line.
In these extraordinary times, GBase stands with you to overcome difficulties, support each other, and win this battle against the epidemic.
